alpha WP-01 conforms to ASTM C-494, Type ‘A’ Type ‘S’ and type ‘D’
APPLICATION:
alpha WP-01 is ready-to-use liquid that is dispensed into the concrete together with the mixing water. The plasticizing effect & water reduction are higher if the admixture is added to damp concrete after 50 to 70% of the mixing water has been added. The addition of alpha WP-01 to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended. DOSAGE The desired dosage of Alpha WP-01 should be Determined with trial mixes. As a guide, dosage ranges from 150 ml to 300 ml per 50 kg of cement. SHELF LIFE / STORAGE Alpha WP-01 can be kept for 12 months from the date of manufacture, if stored in a well-protected area away from sunlight, at ambient temperature in dry conditions PACKAGING Alpha WP-01 is supplied 5, 10, 20-liter containers & 230-liter drum or bulk delivery.
